Effective method for reducing electrical conductivity of wastewater

The pH value, chromaticity, turbidity and COD value of sewage decrease step by step as the sewage enters the treatment process. Only the hardness and electrical conductivity are kept in a certain range of numerical value, there is no downward trend. Thus,biochemical, physicochemical and advanced treatment can not remove metal ions in water. Sewage treatment methods used in bleaching and dyeing plant, that is, biochemical, physicochemical and advanced treatment can not effectively reduce the conductivity of dyeing wastewater. According to the test, at present, the most effective way to reduce the conductivity of waste water is to use reverse osmosis membrane treatment. It can effectively remove metal ions in water. Its dialyzate is low in hardness and low in conductivity.
