Double-layer Hot Air Stenter Machine Process Flow

Open-width Feeding fabric → centering adjustment → two-roller padder → weft straightener → lower overfeeding → upper overfeeding → infrared selvage detecting → brush wheel pinning on overfeeding ( clipping ) → brushing wheel → lengthening feeding rail → amortization 2 m → 8 chambers for stenter and setting → outlet rail → one group of cool wind → two doffing.


Main Technical Parameter of Double-layer Hot Air Stenter Machine

1. Mode: pin plate or clip stenter machine ( customer chooses one type)
2. Machine direction: right hand machine (electrical cabinet on right hand, temperature control valve on right hand, each section of chamber circulation fans separated on left and right side.)
3. Mechanical speed: 10~95 m/min, designed speed 110 m/min
4. Machine nominal width: 2400mm roller width (efficient width 2250mm)
5. Overfeeding rate: (±10~20)%
6. Width altering device: the whole machine is using shaft to amplitude modulation (the two ends of chamber has clutches, can be manually fine-tune).
7. Designed temperature: working temperature 150℃~180℃, automatic temperature control device.
8.  Heating resource: gas burner
9.  The amount of chambers: for double is 8 sections (two layers with the upper and the lower).
10.  Track: adopt the non lubricated track imitated with Monforts, and non lubricated chain. The feeding zone has buffer track.
11. The method of feeding and outlet: flat feeding, and swing outlet or rolling dual-use outlet (user chooses one type).
12.  The transmission mode of whole machine: classified AC variable frequency power supply synchronous transmission.
13. The transmission mode of chain: use the AC motor to drive spline shaft, the spline shaft passes through two horn shaped decelerated box, then drives the chain wheel of the output shaft which is above the accelerated box to move.
14. The amount of chambers and recycle fans: chambers 8 sections (one section for 3 meters), 5.5 KW recycle fans *2 for 16 pcs, it use frequency adjustment, so it can save power and protect the motor’s service life.
15.  The installing power: single layer for about 130 KW (main transmission 22 KW, recycle fan 5.5 KW*16 pcs = 88 KW, dehumidifiers fan 2.2 KW * 4 pcs = 8.8 KW, the padder 5.5 KW, outlet 4.4 KW).


The Main Structure Characteristics of Double-layer Hot Air Stenter Machine


1. Feeding frame:  The frame is welded by 14 channel steel. It is made up of inlet pipe, cloth tension frame, infrared centering device, guiding roller and electric weft device etc., the structure is reasonable and it looks nice.

2.  Two-roller padder:The wallboard is casted by 20# pig iron, the diameter of rubber roller is 280 mm.

3.  Carrier paddle: Welded by 8# channel steel and 3 mm checkered plate, and is equipped with transition guiding roller Φ100 mm, mixed with bearing, axle housing and fasteners.

4.  Lower over feeding:Diameter is 150 mm, the roller body is made of seamless steel pipe which are processed by machining car, outsourcing of rubber grain. Supported by a rolling bearing, and it has a driving device, driven by the inverter AC motor through reducer, driven by the chain. Dragging power is 2.2 KW.

5.  Upper over feeding: Be made of rubber roller whose diameter is 240 mm, the roller body is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, outsourcing of nitrile rubber. It has transmit device, shared one drive with lower over feeding.

6.  The edge detection and pinning device, and inlet track: Edge detection uses the rack type electric + electro-optical detection, edge detection device uses I-steel fixed on the two sides of machine head, equipped with pinning device and the brush pressing device, above the feed track has the security guard, it’s convenient operation.

7.  The brush wheel over-feeding: It’s a high-performance over-feeding device, and is precise, simply operated. A wide range of overfeeding, can make the fabric best into uniform, pinned uniformly, and the precise overfeed ratio control can achieve excellent products’ quality. Overfeeding range: ± 10% ~ 20%.

8. The chamber form (double layers):
a). The frame of chamber is welded by 10# channel steel, the door plate uses 1.2 mm cold rolled sheet folding welded, inside is filled with asbestos as insulation materials, the thickness is 100 mm.
b). Each section has 2 recycle fans (8 sections with 16 pcs), directly driven by high-temperature motor, installed in the right and left sides of chamber, each fan’s power is 5.5 KW.
c). The blowing tube is made of galvanized steel plate, can prevent rust flaking collapse, staggered up and down the spray outlet for blowing, it is a reasonable design, spray air evenly. Plenum has a damper, spray down the size of the wind damper to control, easy to adjust.
d). Top has four collective exhaust fans, 3 sections for one group, double layer can be interacted using. Power is 2.2 KW, each chamber’s air outlet has a vent damper. Main export also has a damper.
e). Each room in the chamber is equipped with a radiator, cooling area is about 400㎡, filters are installed in front of the radiator, rear parking easy to do cleaning work to improve the thermal efficiency.
f). Each two-compartment drying room using an automatic temperature control, temperature control instrumentation mounted on the console, the thermal resistance is detected by the molybdenum oven temperature, temperature controller, electric valve opening, the temperature accuracy of ± 2 degrees. Electric control valve is located above the oven.

9.  Main transmission and track system: Use the track which is imitated with Monforts, longer the inlet track, drag the spline shaft by 22 KW AC motor, driven by the worm gear box chain, the chain by using the needle plate iron rails smooth operation, perseverance chain tension device. Track amplitude modulation uses a collective drive. The drive shaft, reversing gear boxes and motors placed installed above the chamber, through the chain to transmit amplitude screw, and also installed a protective cover. There are two separate fine-tune device in the two-side of chamber.

10.  Swing outlet, rolling outlet:
a). The swing outlet roller is made of Φ240mm steel bar, made up of guiding roller and cloth falling crank and etc. The driving motor uses cycloid reducer drive.
b). The rolling outlet frame is welded by mm A3 steel plate, and is equipped with guiding rollers, φ180mm friction rollers, supporting tubes, cycloid pin wheel reducer, chain, sprocket drive and etc.
