KDSR-24 Rope Dyeing Machine Overall Requirements

1. This machine is rope dyeing machine, it applies unique transmission mode, that means, each rolling car is equipped with one gear unit, motor power is 3KW, which applies frequency-changing speed adjustment, tension is automatically adjusted. There are 20 rolling cars in total, designed speed is 35m/min.

2. Designed control circuit, satisfy production process, stable and reliable, manufacturing process setting, running status can be displayed;

3. Tension setting inspection of each section displays automatic adjustment system;

4. Front and back cars are equipped with data display table, the middle part is equipped with large car speed meter;

Feeding Creel of Rope Dyeing Machine

Feeding creel can contain 48 ball beams, that means, 24 of them are for normal use, 24 are for spare. Double foundation ball beams apply nylon sliding shaft foundation.

 

Yarn Inducing Squeezing Padder

1. It applies stainless steel support, roller is set in second guiding column, the two sides are of pneumatic and synchronic pressurizing, maximum pressure is 10KN. It can make stepless setting, cylinder is Morison-imitated.

3. Groove has 4 Φ 180 stainless guiding rollers inside, groove port has three Φ 180 stainless steel guiding rollers, which have 3 in up-layer and 4 in down-layer, stainless steel roller;

Dyeing, rolling, oxidation of Rope Dyeing Machine

1. Dyeing groove has 12 sets;

2. Dyeing groove body applies 304 stainless steel, wall plate is 5mm, side plate is 3mm;

3. Guiding rollers in groove have 2 in up-layer and 3 in down-layer, guiding roller diameter is Φ 180, stainless steel roller;

4. Groove has indirect heating system inside, with temperature inspection and automatic control device. First, second, tenth, eleventh, twelfth dyeing groove add direct heating system, which can be used to dye sulfur black;

5.Spray - type fluid replacement for the fluid and the flowmeter online detection system ensure the dyeing uniform;

6. Stainless steel total circulation pipeline diameter Φ 168mm, material back-feeding pipeline diameter of each dyeing groove is Φ 60mm. First, second dyeing groove and tenth, eleventh, twelfth groove circulation pump apply 2 27m3/h stainless steel pumps for each, total dye liquor circulation pump applies 2 120m³/h stainless steel pumps;

7. It contains three dye rehydration systems, and the metering pump is imported pump from Morrison USA to ensure the fluid infusion is at the ration accurately;

8. Indigo PH value and ORP is On-line measure, it adds automatically through the computer control to ensure the stability of dye liquor and the color consistency;

9. Φ 350 stainless steel oxide frame delivery roll,8 in each group, the last group contains

10, Φ 180 stainless steel fly yarn delivery roll;

14. Oxidation frame applies structural steel frame, vertical column applies 15#H structural steel. Support beam between left and right columns is 20# joist steel, up and down oxidation roller beam is 15# groove steel, corridor beam is 12# groove steel.The oxide frame paint again after zinc spray;

15. Two sides of oxidation frame are equipped with up, middle, down corridors, up and middle layer applies 4mm riffled plate folding, with 30*30 square tube guardrail, with ladder up and down connection. The front and back of up-layer corridor have path left and right connection. Drying Room of Rope Dyeing Machine

1. Φ 570 dished end sealing head stainless steel drying cylinder, 3 groups, each group has 12 drying cylinder, 36 drying cylinders in total;

2. The first group of drying cylinder surface is coated with PTFE anti-cohesion layer;

3. Each group is set with temperature automatic control system;

4. Gas inlet and outlet pipeline, gas inlet head, siphon and steam trap;

5.Φ 180 tension roller and film cylinder control mechanisms with initialize operation function and automatically adjusted function.

Falling yarn

1. Circle speed changing box, circle yarn doffing device with 8 in one group;

The whole machine is set with walking board, walking board position is convenient for operation. Drying cylinder, doffing device are set with walking board, second-layer and third-layer oxidation frame walking board connect with each other on left and right sides.

 

Electrical System

1. Main Control System: it use CONTROLOGIX series Industrial Control computers and remote Input / Output modules from AB company USA.

2. AC frequency converter: it use AC-drives (3kW) from AB company USA.

3. Angular displacement controller: it use all digital angular position sensor (all of the angle valves in the car is original imports)

4. Those region such as water channel/dye vat where need temperature control: mercerized slot/water channel/dye vat use temperature sensor, and it access RIOM Remote Input Output Module in different location by region.

5. Touch screen interface: it ues 15 - inch industrial computer integrated control Display System monitor the system through touch control;

6. General performance: by the design above, the system can reach the control system designed by AB company USA in the software and hardware.

7. Indigo circulation pump flow control: it use flow meter from PROMAG SERIES of ENDRESS-HAUSER GERMANY as the connection between flow signal and main PLC.

8. The control of fluid infusion of indigo, insurance powder, sulfur dyes: it use the flow meter from PROMAG SERIES of ENDRESS-HAUSER GERMANY as the flow signal back to meet the rehydration volume of digital closed - loop control through frequency converter.

9. Indigo PH value and ORP display instrument: it use M300 series instrument form ENDRESS-HAUSER GERMANY on-line measuring the PH and ORP
