The core technology of ultra-low bath ratio high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is pulsating fluid dyeing technology with three-stage impeller pump. With this technology, dye liquor is lifted to 30 m high pressure lift by three-stage impeller pump, and sprayed to the spindle by three-stage pump. The dye liquor is sprayed unidirectionally to the spindle by high-speed pulse flow, then the yarn layer is circulated back to the yarn vat, and the dyeing process of the spindle is completed. Impeller pump makes dyeing liquor produce pulsating hydrodynamic effect in spindle dyeing cycle, improves dyeing exchange frequency between dyeing solution and spindle, makes small bath ratio dyeing solution contact with spindle and obtains dynamic circulation, and achieves the minimum bath ratio of 1:3 for spindle dyeing without immersion of dyeing solution.
