The new technology and method of ultra-low bath ratio, high temperature and high pressure dyeing and finishing machine have improved the technological content and industrial competitiveness of dyeing and finishing equipment, and will greatly promote the technological progress of the whole dyeing and finishing industry. The ultra-low bath ratio, high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine and its process accord with the policy of energy saving and emission reduction put forward by the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of the state, and have far-reaching significance to the development of dyeing and finishing equipment in China.

According to the statistics of relevant state departments, the output of domestic shuttle fabrics ranges from 780,000 to 900,000 tons, and domestic knitted fabrics ranges from 600,000 to 700,000 tons.
